Totems register comeback win against Chief Sealth

The Sammamish Totems, who trailed Chief Sealth 20-6 in the first half, earned a comeback 40-34 overtime victory on Sept. 16 at Sammamish High School in Bellevue. The Totems (2-1) will face the Franklin Quakers at 7 p.m. on Sept. 22 at Seattle Memorial Stadium.

Interlake remains undefeated

The Interlake Saints football team rolled to a 48-12 win against the Lakeside Lions on Sept. 16. The Saints (3-0) will face the Clover Park Warriors in a non-league game on Sept. 23 at Harry E. Lang Stadium in Lakewood. The Saints have surrendered just 19 points in their first three games.

Bellevue loses season opener on gridiron

In a non-league matchup between Class 3A and Class 2A powerhouses, Tumwater defeated the Bellevue Wolverines 15-13 on Sept. 16 in Bellevue. Bellevue (0-1) will host the Juanita Rebels at 7 p.m. on Sept. 30 in Bellevue.

Falcons dominate Knights

The Woodinville Falcons defeated the Newport Knights 41-7 on Sept. 16. Newport (0-4) will host the Skyline Spartans at 7 p.m. on Sept. 23 in Factoria.

Chelan cruises to win against Bellevue Christian

Chelan defeated the Bellevue Christian Vikings 37-14 on Sept. 16. Bellevue Christian (0-3) will face Port Townsend at 5 p.m. on Sept. 24 at Lake Washington High School in Kirkland.
