Susan “Sue” LaFollette

Susan “Sue” LaFollette, 64, died Wednesday, November 17, 2010, in Wenatchee, Washington, following an extended illness. She was born in Seattle and lived in Bellevue, Walla Walla and Spokane. She was a longtime Bellevue High School Teacher, former head of the English Department, also taught Speech, Debate and Humanities. She retired in 1996 and they moved to make their home in Wenatchee. Survivors include her husband, Robert “Mick” LaFollette of Wenatchee; two stepdaughters, Reneé Caudle of Dryden and Dana Cox of Kent; and her close friend and caregiver, Betsy Peirce of Wenatchee. A celebration of life service was held November 24th at the Heritage Memorial Chapel, East Wenatchee, WA.
