Warmer, wetter weather is forecasted for Thanksgiving afternoon, which should make downtown even more welcoming for early-morning shopping the next day. According to the National Weather Service, Nov. 26 weather has a 70 percent chance of rain and a high near 44, a real jump from the below-freezing weather this week in the 20s.

“We’re always prepared for the weather,” said Jennifer Leavitt, vice president of marketing. “In the winter, we do a really good job on our property, making sure sidewalks are accessible.”

The Bellevue Collection will be closed for Thanksgiving. For Black Friday, Bellevue Square will be open 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., Bellevue Place is open 9:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. and Lincoln Square will be open 9:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. For a full listing of winter shopping hours, go to www.bellevuecollection.com.
