State Patrol searching for driver in I-5 crash

The Washington State Patrol is looking for the driver and witnessess to a hit-and-run collision on Interstate 5 Thursday that left a motorcyclist seriously injured.

The Washington State Patrol is looking for the driver and witnessess to a hit-and-run collision on Interstate 5 Thursday that left a motorcyclist seriously injured.

Around 5:30 on May 11, an Audi A6 struck a Nissan Murano traveling on I-5 that had slowed due to traffic. The crash spun the Nissan across three lanes, were it collided with a morotcyclist who was unable to avoid the car.

The motorcylist was ejected from his vehicle and was seriously injured.

The driver of the Audi A6 fled the scene on foot and has yet to be apprehended.
