Congressman Dave Reichert of Washington’s 8th Congressional District joined House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and other members of Congress on March 9 in announcing the start of a new initiative called The Wounded Warrior Program, which they established to start fellowships that provide employment opportunities for wounded or disabled veterans. Reichert’s office, located on Mercer Island, is one of the first to employ a wounded soldier, Army veteran Zack Guill.
