The Bellevue Philharmonic will present its Steinway Series with Kevin Kenner at 7:30 p.m. Friday, March 20 at the Bellevue Arts Museum, 510 Bellevue Way N.E.

Tickets are $20 for general admission, $7 for students.

Bellevue artist Suzanne DeCuir’s work is on exhibit at Skagit County’s River Gallery.

The gallery is located at 19313 Landing Road, Mount Vernon. The exhibit continues through March 29.

The Ebène Quartet will perform at Benaroya Hall at 7:30 p.m. on March 18 as part the Seattle Symphony’s Complete Beethoven String Quartet series.

Performances will take place in the Illsley Ball Nordstrom Recital Hall and will include Beethoven’s Quartet in F major, Op. 18, No. 1; Quartet in F major, Op. 59, No. 1; and Quartet in E-flat major, Op. 127, which was recently performed at Benaroya Hall by the Ying Quartet in November 2008.

Evening to include slides, music

Combining his passions for sailing, photography, music and adventure, Christopher Boscole will present a slide show taken during sailboat journeys in Pacific Northwest and to Hawaii at 8 p.m. May 8 at Unity of Bellevue.

The presentation will be accompanied by live original contemporary solo piano music.

After the show, Boscole will meet for informal discussion.

Cost is $20 for adults, $10 students and children under 18.

Judd Hirsch will star in A Contemporary Theatre’s production of Below the Belt, one of six plays announced by the organization.

ACT will open its season with Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde (April 10-May 22), followed by Below the Belt, the break/s (June 17-July 12), Das Barbecü (July 31-September 6), Runt of the Litter (September 18-October 11), and Rock ‘n’ Roll (October 9-November 8).
