Oct. 23

Burglary: 9 a.m., 4700 block of 130th Avenue Southeast. Someone smashed a sidedoor window of a home and stole more than $2,000 worth of property.

Theft: 7 p.m., Bellevue Square. Several personal desk assistants worth more than $250 were stolen from the T-Mobile store.

Oct. 24

Commercial burglary: 10 p.m., 1600 block of 116th Avenue Northeast. Upon entering a business space, the suspect removed a laptop computer worth more than $1,000.

Malicious mischief: 10 p.m., 14600 block of Northeast 24th Street. Someone broke the glass doors of Bellevue Children’s Academy. Total damage to property was more than $5,000.

Oct. 25

Condo burglary: 11 p.m., 100 block of 108th Avenue Northeast. Someone burglarized the common areas of a condo complex. The total damage was more than $6,000.

Oct. 26

Commercial burglary: 6:30 p.m., 13800 block of Northeast 12th Street. The leasing office at a complex was broken into and miscellaneous items were stolen worth more than $1,000.

Oct. 27

Burglary: 8 a.m., 500 block of 94th Avenue Northeast. After unlawfully entering a residence, the suspect took items worth more than $7,000.

Power tool theft: Noon, 300 block of 120th Avenue Northeast. Home Depot reported that a suspect had left the store with multiple power tools without purchasing them. The total loss to the store was more than $1,000.

Oct. 28

Business burglary: 8 p.m., 100 block of 108th Avenue Northeast. Someone broke into a beauty salon during the night and stole several items totaling more than $4,000.

Phone theft: 8 p.m., Bellevue Square. Four phones worth more than $1,000 were stolen from a T-Mobile store.

Oct. 29

Retail theft: 5:30 p.m., 1200 block of 156th Avenue Northeast. Four suspects have been charged with organized retail theft of more than $250.

Backpack theft: 5 p.m., 10600 block of Northeast Eighth Street. A backpack went missing after it was left at a bus stop. The backpack was later recovered by another police department, but a laptop worth more than $1,000 was missing.

Assault: 4:45 p.m., 15700 block of Northeast 15th Street. The victim alleged that the suspect punched him on the left side of his face causing him to fall over and hit his head on the ground.

Shed equipment burglary: 4 p.m., 400 block of West Lake Sammamish Parkway Southeast. Someone broke into a shed and took equipment worth more than $4,000.

Oct. 30

Burglary: 3:30 p.m., 17000 block of Southeast 65th Place. A home currently under remodel was entered and tools and electronics were taken. No forced entry was uncovered and no witness or suspect have been found. The thief stole more than $2,000 worth of items.

Nov. 7

Illegal fireworks activity: approximately 10:37 p.m. in the 3100 block of 80th Avenue Northeast. Medina Police responding to reports of possible gunshots found remnants of fireworks that had been ignited. Investigation revealed a group of juveniles were seen running from the area just after the disturbance. One week later, a locked metal mailbox in the 7600 block of Northeast 32nd Street was destroyed after the suspect(s) placed a lit firework inside.

Nov. 13

Vehicle prowl: 3:45 p.m., Medina Park parking lot on N.E. 12th St. The victim parked her vehicle and locked it, with her purse visible inside. When she returned to her vehicle 30 minutes later she discovered the passenger side window had been broken and her purse had been removed. An investigation revealed the suspect(s) began making fraudulent charges using the victim’s credit card within minutes of the crime. The total loss is estimated to be more than $2,500.

Nov. 17

Burglary: Unknown time, St. Thomas Church. Unknown suspect(s) located a key to a locked office which they used to enter and steal $150 which was inside.
