Four from Sacred Heart School part of leaders conference

Four recent Sacred Heart School graduates have been identified as "outstanding youth leaders" by the Congressional Youth Leadership Council.

Four recent Sacred Heart School graduates have been identified as “outstanding youth leaders” by the Congressional Youth Leadership Council.

High school freshmen Cara Lohman, Conrad Cipoletti, Jamie Doucette, and Isabella Gutierrez have been selected to be a part of the National Young Leaders State Conference (NYLSC) of the Pacific Northwest.

“Creating the future leaders of our Bellevue community and or the country is woven into our culture at Sacred Heart School. We are very proud that our graduates are being honored and that their leadership skills are being nurtured as they go on into high school and beyond,” said David Burroughs, Sacred Heart School Principal.

The National Young Leaders State Conference (NYLSC) is sponsored by the Congressional Youth Leadership Council (CYLC), an independent educational organization dedicated to identifying and nurturing leadership. Now in it’s 25th year, its mission is to “foster and inspire young people to achieve their full leadership potential.”
