Bellevue Pollice seek missing man | Update: He’s found

An 85 year-old Bellevue resident with alzheimer’s disease, who went missing Friday, has been found in Oregon.

Update: Guy Lewis, the missing 85-year-old Bellevue man, who went missing in Bellevue Friday morning, was located in Ontario, Oregon at 3:45 p.m. Feb. 23, by the local police department. He reportedly told police that he though he was driving to Kentucky.

Bellevue Police are seeking the public’s help to locate Guy Victor Lewis, an 85 year-old Bellevue resident with alzheimer’s disease, who was last seen at Bank of America in Lake Hills at 10:25 a.m. Friday morning, Feb. 22.

His wife returned home and found her husband gone and their gold Ford Escape with Washington License Plate ADX9797. She told police it wasn’t unusual for him to drive short distances from his home in the Lake Hills neighborhood, but not for several hours at a time.

Guy Lewis was last seen wearing a light blue thin jacket, black/white plaid button up shirt and black pants. He does not have a cell phone. He suffers from Alzheimer’s, diabetes and has a heart condition

He is described as a old white male, 5’10”, 165 pounds with white hair and hazel eyes.

Police did an extensive search of the area and shopping mall securities have been notified, as well as, local law enforcement agencies.

If anyone locates him, they are asked to call 9-1-1 immediately.
