Aegis adds events to Magic Season

Áegis of Bellevue is adding two activities to Bellevue’s Magic Season.

From noon to 5 p.m. on Dec. 13, it will offer free horse-drawn carriage rides through Old Bellevue with a visit to Áegis of Bellevue, where people can enjoy hot cocoa and meet the staff. Rides start at the 102nd Ave. parking lot at Bellevue Downtown Park.

On Sunday, Dec. 13, Aegis will sponsor grandparents day at the Group Health Ice Arena. All grandparents and their grandchildren will skate for free at Bellevue Downtown

Park located at NE 1st Street and 102nd Ave. NE (one block south of Bellevue Square). The Group Health Ice Arena hours are 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Also on Grandparents Day, Aegis will offer free horse-drawn carriage rides from noon to 5 p.m. and a hard hat tour at its Bellevue facility, set to open in January, 2010. The Dickens’s Carolers will be celebrating the season with traditional holiday carols from 2-5 p.m.
