Abrigail Acone receives $1,000 scholarship

Abigail H. Acone of Bellevue has received a $1,000 Ron and Louise Carter Broadcasting Scholarship from the Washington State University Edward R. Murrow College of Communication. This award is given to students who demonstrate outstanding performance and service to the broadcasting program with special consideration given to those who show a strong work ethic.

This award is given to students who demonstrate outstanding performance and service to the broadcasting program with special consideration given to those who show a strong work ethic.

Acone was homeschooled and graduated in 2009. She received her associate degree from Bellevue College. She is the daughter of Alison and Jonathan Acone of Bellevue.
