St. Monica fifth-grader Abigail Emert will be an alternate in the King-Snohomish County Regional Spelling Bee, to be held March 23.

St. Monica fifth-grader Abigail Emert will be an alternate in the King-Snohomish County Regional Spelling Bee, to be held March 23.

Emert won the St. Monica Parish School spelling bee in February. Fourth-grader Alex Stedman was the runner up.
