Seastar Restaurant & Raw Bar is offering ounce pours of four top-of-the-line wines from its Enomatic wine preservation system.

The Enomatic dispensing system prevents wines from oxidation and protects their oreganoleptic integrity (taste, aroma, body, and color) for over 24 days after opening the bottle.

Wines available are: Leonetti, “Reserve,” Walla Walla Valley, 2005; Quilceda Creek, Cabernet Sauvignon, Columbia Valley, 2005; Harlan, Napa Valley, 2004; and Sloan, Napa Valley, 2004.
