Masins Fine Furnishings & Interior Design will open a new boutique and design studio at The Shops at The Bravern. Scheduled to open September 12, the 2,100-square-foot store will feature an range of home furnishings and accessories, as well as a design studio where customers can consult with Masins interior designers on every aspect of a home design project, from area rugs and upholstery to lighting and artwork.

An interactive design resource station will provide access to hundreds of furniture and accessory lines, as well as a large assortment of fabrics and finish options. The new store will present a blend of pieces – from traditional to contemporary.

“As the Eastside’s pre-eminent furnishings purveyor, Masins has worked with Puget Sound families for four generations,” notes Mark Netherland, senior investment manager for project developer Schnitzer West. “Having such an established and original firm as part of The Shops at The Bravern further refines what we have to offer The Bravern customers and residents.”

Masins is also the interior furnishings partner for The Bravern Signature Residences. The firm was selected to furnish the residential amenities and the garden terrace along with select model homes in the towers.

While appealing to the retail shoppers, Masins expects the new store location to draw significant interest from homeowners at The Bravern, offering numerous furnishings options and personalized, on-site design services.

“We were delighted to partner with The Bravern Signature Residences,” notes David Masin, the company’s vice president. “And now we are thrilled to have a retail presence within The Shops at The Bravern. We believe the new store will captivate the consumer public and help broaden our customer base.”

Masins new retail boutique will also offer a large selection of giftware as well as traditional holiday accessories. The company’s permanent antique & gift gallery, Regents House Ltd., will present a selection of European antiques, as well imported giftware and luxury goods.
