Kathie Lindemann has joined the board of directors of Regence.

She is senior vice president, store operations for Savers, Inc. in Bellevue. Previously, she served as senior vice president for Starbucks Foodservice. While at Starbucks, Lindemann also held leadership roles in US Business Operations & Operations Services, International Operations, Store Development & Global Business Systems. In addition, Lindemann is on the board of IslandWood, an environmental education center on Bainbridge Island. She is a graduate of the University of Santa Clara.
