Conner Building in Bellevue sells for $4.1 million

Grubb & Ellis Company has announced that Jim Nichols, vice president, Investment Group, and Pat Mutzel, associate, Investment Group, represented Conner Homes in the sale of The Conner Building, a 10,000-square-foot office building in Bellevue.

Longwell Office II LLC, a value-add property investor, purchased the property for $4.1 million.

Located at 846 108th Ave., N.E., the two-story building is 100 percent leased and anchored by Conner Homes.

“The majority of property sales within the Bellevue central business district have occurred with the intent of redevelopment,” said Nichols. “The buyer of The Conner Building is interested in the possibility of turning the property into an apartment building.”

Nanling Chen of Executive Real Estate represented the buyer in the transaction.
