Not familiar with all the restaurants that The Bellevue Collection has to offer? Want to sample lots of fine wines and decadent dishes at one low price?

This year The Culinary and Wine Showcase brings people a new indulgence – a dine around program called Bite and Flight.

The program features a passport to seven different restaurants, each letting people sample a wide variety of food and wine throughout the Collection.

At the end of the journey, a filled-out passport will enter the person for a chance to win a $500 Bellevue Collection gift certificate.

Passports, which cost $25 each and are available only for those 21 and older, will be available at the Bellevue Square Guest Services area in Center Court. The passport event will operate from May 24 to June 8.

Bite: House made Bruschetta

Flight: A sample glass of Waterbrook chardonnay
