McCormick & Schmick’s is one of seven restaurants offering the Bite and Flight specials.

Not familiar with all the restaurants that The Bellevue Collection has to offer? Want to sample lots of fine wines and decadent dishes at one low price?

This year The Culinary and Wine Showcase brings people a new indulgence – a dine around program called Bite and Flight.

The program features a passport to seven different restaurants, each letting people sample a wide variety of food and wine throughout the Collection.

At the end of the journey, a filled-out passport will enter the person for a chance to win a $500 Bellevue Collection gift certificate.

Passports, which cost $25 each and are available only for those 21 and older, will be available at the Bellevue Square Guest Services area in Center Court. The passport event will operate from May 24 to June 8.

Here’s where the passport will take you:

Maggiano’s Little Italy

Bite: House made Bruschetta

Flight: A sample glass of Waterbrook chardonnay

Note: Coupon valid Monday through Friday in the Lounge. Not valid in the dining room or carryout.

Z’ Tejas Southwestern Grill

Bite: Two Grilled Shrimp and Guacamole Tostada Bites, Two Catfish Beignets

Flight: Short Frozen Chambord Margarita

Note: The passport also will provide people with a surprise gift. Quantities are limited to the first 250 Bite and Flight guests only.

Vino 100

Bite: Fruit Compote in Season

Flight: Dessert Wine

0/8 Seafood Grill and

Twisted Cork Wine Bar

Bite: Seared Baja Scallop

Flight: O Wines Chardonnay, Horse Heaven Hills, Wash.

Note: The passport also will entitle people to a coupon for half off SAUCE!, the restaurant’s Wednesday wine tasting. The coupon is good for months of June-August and is valid in the bar only.

Note: The passport also will give people 25 percent off a meal in the dining room with their bite and flight. The discount not valid on alcohol and it must be used after 5 p.m.
