Bellevue chef (and golf enthusiast) John Howie had the pleasure of playing a round with and receiving golf pointers from pro golfer Gene Sauers at The Club at Snoqualmie Ridge in advance of last weekend’s Boeing Classic.

In return, Chef Howie invited Gene – and fellow PGA TOUR Champions golfer Rocco Mediate – to John Howie Steak to receive a lesson on how to cook the perfect steak.
