The wait is over! Seattle-based fast-casual restaurant chain Evergreens (www.evergreens.com) is excited to announce its much-anticipated expansion to the eastside, with their first Bellevue location slated to open Monday, December 11, 2017 at 9am. Located at the base of the City Center Plaza building at 555 110th Ave NE, Suite 125 Bellevue, WA 98004 (cross section of 100th & the Bellevue Transit Center) Evergreens is perfectly situated in the heart of the Bellevue business hub.
“It’s no exaggeration that we’ve been searching high and low for five years to find a great location in Bellevue. Coupled with the fact that my co-founder, Todd Fishman and I grew up there, we couldn’t be more excited about finally opening up shop in our own backyard,” said Hunter Brooks, co-founder and President of Evergreens. “We can’t wait to finally bring Evergreens to Downtown Bellevue!”
Evergreens’ healthy and delicious salads, wraps and warm grain bowls are made on demand, using fresh-cut greens and house-made dressings. Guests can choose from a wide-ranging menu of signature and seasonal salads, or create their own, using any combination of over 40 featured toppings. Salads are individually built for each guest in just minutes, the menu is rounded out with kombucha on draft, and scratch made lemonade and ice tea.
In addition to their salads three ways, Evergreens will be offering a new hearty and flavorful breakfast menu, debuting at their Bellevue location beginning of the new year. Bellevue will be the first location with breakfast, additional locations will come online as applicable.
