Wolverines conquer Saints in 3A KingCo tournament title game

The Bellevue Wolverines defeated the Interlake Saints 2-1 in overtime in the 3A KingCo tourney championship game on May 7 in Bellevue.

Bellevue clinched a berth in the Class 3A state soccer tournament courtesy of the victory. The first round of the 3A state tourney will kick off between May 13-15. Sebastian Scrivner and Ryan Tobin each recorded a goal apiece in the win. Tobin’s goal in overtime was the game-winner. The Wolverines improved their overall to 13-0-3 with the triumph.
