Roosevelt 3, Bellevue Christian 1

Katie Stoppler had 17 assists, 10 digs, three aces, two blocks and a kill but Roosevelt beat the Vikings 25-15, 26-24, 21-25, 25-21 in non-league action Friday night.

Allison Peterson added 13 kills, five digs, two blocks and an assist for Bellevue Christian.

Sept. 20

Mercer Island 3, Bellevue 0

Libero Memie Huang had 30 digs and Madison Whitney added three kills, two aces and five digs, but Bellevue (0-5, 0-4 KingCo 3A/2A) lost to Mercer Island 25-14, 25-14, 15-19. The Islanders improved to 5-0 overall with the win. Mercer Island is 4-0 in league play.

Interlake 3, Sammamish 0

Alyssa Deardoff had 15 assists, Jackie Nelson added six kills and Lauren Davis served up four aces as Interlake (4-1, 2-1) swept Sammamish 25-13, 25-17, 25-20. Claudia Rodriguez led the Totems (0-4, 0-4) with three aces.

Newport 3, Bothell 1

Kaitlin Holmes had 22 assists and Kellen Barfield had 15 kills and four assists to lead the Knights (4-0, 1-0 KingCo 4A) to a 25-21, 22-25, 25-16, 25-17 win over Bothell. Caryn Chin added 13 digs for the Knights. Katie Arneson led Bothell (1-4, 0-1) with 10 kills.

Sept. 22

Lake Washington 3, Bellevue 0

Memie Huang had 20 digs and Anna Conroy turned in a balanced game with three kills, an ace, seven digs and one block but Lake Washington beat Bellevue 25-18, 25-21 and 25-23. Bellevue fell to 0-6 on the season.

Forest Ridge 3, Overlake 1

Burke Okrasinski had 10 kills, four digs and four aces and Kelda Byrne had four aces, three digs, two kills and a block to help Forest Ridge (2-2, 2-2 Emerald City League) beat Overlake 3-1.

Bellevue Christian 3, Seattle Academy 0

Katie Stoppler had 20 assists, six digs, three aces, one kill and a block to lead Bellevue Christian (4-2, 4-0) to a 25-10, 25-6, 25-7 victory over Seattle Academy.

Newport 3, Inglemoor 2

Caryn Chin had 22 assists and Casey Schoenlein had 11 kills and five blocks as Newport beat Inglemoor 3-2 Wednesday. Newport lost the first game 26-24, won the second game 25-19, lost the third game 25-21 and won the final two games 25-15 and 16-14 in the back and forth match. The Knights stayed a perfect 5-0 on the season and 2-0 in league play.

Mount Si 3, Interlake 0

Zoe Gogan had 18 kills and Catie Fry had 22 assists to go with five kills and three blocks as Mount Si (5-0, 5-0 KingCo 3A/2A) beat Interlake (4-2, 2-2) 25-12, 25-11, 25-17.

Ting Sue, Melissa Hussey and Makayla Burtunek each scored two goals and Lauren Mortier picked up a shutout in net as Bellevue Christian blanked Bear Creek 6-0.

The Vikings moved their record to 1-2-2 on the year.
