Sammamish’s Wink commits to NIU

David Wink of Sammamish High School has accepted a full-ride scholarship to play men’s basketball at Northern Illinois University, according to Totem’s head basketball coach Wes Newton.

David Wink of Sammamish High School has accepted a full-ride scholarship to play men’s basketball at Northern Illinois University, according to Totem’s head basketball coach Wes Newton.

Wink, a 6-foot-6 center, averaged 12.2 points per game this season in his junior year for the Totems.
