The Washington State Women’s Golf Association hosted its 38th Senior Championship at Overlake Golf and Country Club this week and it was again Pat Terry of Wenatchee Golf and Country Club taking home the trophy.
Terry, who took the title last year as well, shot a 157 (78-79) to finish three strokes ahead of her nearest competitor in the gross scoring category.
The hosts from Overlake earned the Moses Lake Traveling Trophy for carding the lowest combined score from three players on the first day of play.
Other local finishers in the top four included: Beth Campbell (Overlake), Sue Ursino (Sahalee), Donna Keene (Overlake), Gayle Jessup (Overlake), Gwynne Johnson (Overlake), Jeannie McKean (Overlake)
