Northwest University in Kirkland has signed two former Bellevue College soccer players as part of its 2010 signing class.

Goalkeeper Jonny Wong and midfielder Taylor Young are two of 11 players that will play for the Eagles next season.

“This group of players coming in is a great quality addition to the team that is already here,” said coach Gary McIntosh. “I am excited to see the new guys in action this fall and it is going to make for a competitive preseason.”

The Eagles finished third last season and made it to the semifinals of the Cascade Conference tournament. Northwest University finished with a record of 9-5-4.
