VFW Post 2995 in Redmond will dedicate a  small portion of its property in the Overlake area for a memorial garden honoring two

members of the armed services killed in action. Both mothers will attend the ceremony.

The event will be at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 16 at the VFW post, 4330 148 Ave. NE, Redmond.
