The city of Bellevue Parks and Community Services division will host a course on urban-cycling techniques April 18 and 19, 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Crossroads Community Center in Bellevue (6000 Northeast 10th Street). The training session costs $45. Registration is taking place online at My Parks and Recreation.
