The annual Toys for Tats will collect toys for needy children in exchange for a gift certificate that can be used towards tattoos or piercings. The event is organized by Bellevue’s Skin and Soul Tattoo.

From Nov. 25 until Dec. 10, each new, unopened gift for Toys For Tots brought in will qualify the giver to a $25 Skin and Soul gift certificate.
