Shear some sheep; celebrate Earth Day

Sheep Shearing at Kelsey Creek Farm

Every year, the sheep at the Kelsey Creek Farm start noticing the weather getting warmer, so every year, they get to take it all off – their woolly coats, that is. From 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, watch the sheep get a haircut. You can also try some arts and crafts, take a pony ride, jump in a bouncy house, ride on a tractor, and more. It is free to get in, although different activities and food cost a little. For this one, bring cash, since they don’t take credit cards and there is no ATM nearby.

When: Saturday, April 30, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Where: Kelsey Creek Farm, 410 130th Pl SE, Bellevue

Cost: Free

Ages: All
