The city of Redmond will hold an open house from 6-7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 24 to share ideas about the development of 152nd Avenue Northeast and Northeast 24th Street in the Overlake area.

The area borders Bellevue to the north.

Redmond projects that by 2030, new development in the area will support up to 5,500 residential units and over 4 million square feet of office and retail space. In addition, Sound Transit plans to locate its East Link light-rail line in Overlake.

Redmond City Hall is located at 15670 NE 85 St.
