Irene Peters of Bellevue was honored Nov. 20 as one of 19 exceptional nurses.

Irene Peters of Bellevue was honored Nov. 20 as one of 19 exceptional nurses by the March of Dimes Washington Chapter.

Peters works in palliative care at Overlake Medical Center.

The event took place at the Meydenbauer Conference Center in Bellevue.
