Pet for adoption

Higgins is a six-year-old VERY shy orange tabby who’s been at our shelter since early June. He is usually hiding in his bed so people think his cage is empty but he’s there. Higgins is really sweet and comes alive in your lap, purring quietly. He will be dreaming of a special angel to take him home.
