Overlake Alumnae Panhellenic will hold its annual Scholarship Luncheon on, Dec. 1, at Overlake Golf & Country Club, 8000 N.E. 16th St., in Medina.

This event funds scholarships for Eastside college bound high school women. The cost of the event is $45 for lunch only, $50 for bridge beginning at 10 a.m. with foursomes prearranged by attendees, followed by lunch at 12:30 p.m. Guests are welcome.

Overlake Alumnae Panhellenic has provided the scholarships for over 50 years. The past two years 11 women have received the award, giving them financial assistance at schools in the state as well as out-of-state colleges. Applications for scholarship will be available in the Eastside schools early next year.

Panhellenic officers for 2010-2011 include President, Megan Gustafson (Alpha Xi Delta; Kirkland); Secretary, Darlene Jones (Delta Delta Delta; Kirkland); Treasurer, Isa Nelson (Kappa Delta; Bellevue).
