Nominations sought for children, teens who do community service

Bellevue Youth Link is seeking nominations now through April 25 to recognize outstanding community service by Bellevue children and teens. The 21st annual Community Leadership Awards will honor youth in elementary through high school who are making a positive difference in the community.

 

Bellevue Youth Link is seeking nominations now through April 25 to recognize outstanding community service by Bellevue children and teens. The 21st annual Community Leadership Awards will honor youth in elementary through high school who are making a positive difference in the community.

Nomination forms can be completed and downloaded at www.youthlink.com, or picked up at several locations, including: Bellevue school offices; Bellevue City Hall; Crossroads and Factoria Mini City Halls; Bellevue public libraries; and community centers (Crossroads, Highland, North Bellevue and South Bellevue).

The awards will be presented 6:30-8 p.m. May 17 at City Hall, 450 110th Ave. NE. The event will be free and open to the public.
