Fido is being invited to to Molbak’s for a “tail-wagging good time” on July 10. The 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. event also will help raise funds for Homeward Pet.

Pooches will be able to get a nail trim and paw pad treatment from Aussie Pet Mobile. Massage techniques will be demonstrated by author and massage therapist Megan Ayrault. Author Val Mallinson will discuss dog-friendly outings on the Eastside. “G & G Dogs” hot dog stand in the nursery will have treats for pet owners and Julie Austin Pet Photography will offer free mini-photo sessions for people and their four-legged friends.

From 10-11 a.m. a free seminar will discuss gardening with a K-9 in Mind featuring trainer Gayle Ballinger, owner of Pawsitive Steps Dog Training.

At 11:30 a.m., a free seminar on Socializing & Training Rover for Outings will featuring trainer Becky Bishop, owner of Puppy Manners & Executive Director of Reading with Rover.

For those who don’t have a canine companion, Homeward Pet Adoption Center, a non-profit, no-kill cat and dog rescue and shelter located in Woodinville, will be on-site with new furry friends for you to meet and adopt.
