The Model Sailplane Second Annual Open House will be held from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 12 in Carnation.

Members of the Seattle Area Soaring Society (SASS) will be on hand for an afternoon of flying model gliders as they share their passion for radio controlled soaring. There will be model gliders of all sizes and levels of technology.

In addition, club trainer airplanes will be available and a BBQ lunch will be provided. Attendees will be able to meet the world champions of the Junior Division.
