A 23-year-old Issaquah man was struck by a car in the southbound HOV lane of I-405 near Main Street in Bellevue early Saturday morning.

Jerami S. Paquette was struck at 3:23 a.m. by a car driven by Doris E. Snow of Edmonds. He was taken to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle.

Snow, 48, was not injured, but her 2002 Honday Accord sustained $5,000 in damages and was towed from the scene.

The State Patrol is investigating the accident.
