A six-week grief support series will be offered at First United Methodist Church of Bellevue. The spring

series begins March 16 and meets Mondays from 1-3 p.m. March 16, 23, 30 and April 6, 13, and 20. Groups are small and confidential.

To maximize benefits of the group a minimum of four participants is required and groups are limited in size. Participants should pre-register by calling the church at 425.454.2059. The meets are at the church, 1934 108th Ave. N.E.

Meeting topics include stress reduction techniques, varied responses to grief and loss, sharing memories and telling your story. The series incorporates “The Grief Recovery Handbook” by John W. James and Russell Friedman.
