Professor Floyd Lewis of the College of Business and Economics at Western Washington University, has been named the school’s Distinguished Research Fellow for 2008.

He is a former graduate of Newport High School and a former National Merit Scholar.

He is the son of the late Rev. L. Floyd Lewis and Adeline Hustad Lewis.
