The city will begin a three-month repaving project on Factoria Boulevard, from Southeast 36th Street to Southeast 41st Place, on Monday. Work is expected to take place 7:30 p.m. to 6 a.m. Monday through Thursday, in order to minimize traffic delays. The city reports drivers should still expect frequent lane closures and pedestrians should be cautious of curb ramp and sidewalk closures as the project gets underway.
