Nov. 14

Squatter trespassed: The police received a call about a man squatting in a house in the 9000 block of Lake Washington Blvd. NE. The house was for sale, but staged for furniture. The subject tried to tell police he had recently purchase the house, but he was arrested for trespassing and booked into jail.

Nov. 15

BLM banner stolen: A Black Lives Matter banner was stolen from the yard of a church in the 12700 block of SE 32rd St.

Pregnant woman swallows heroin: Two suspects were trespassed from the Factoria Target. One female suspect claimed that she had swallowed heroin just before entering the store and that she was pregnant. She was cleared at the hospital and booked into jail on the trespassing charge.

Nov. 23

Park prowler: A police officer contacted a man at Robinswood Park after hours who appeared to be injecting suspected narcotics. After being detained, police found more suspected narcotics, unconfirmed stolen property, car prowling tools and multiple driver’s licenses and pieces of identification in his possession. The man was booked into jail.

Nov. 25

Beach brawl: After a confrontation at a Downtown Bellevue hotel, two men agreed to fight at Meydenbauer Beach Park. At the park, one of the men reportedly pulled out a meat cleaver and threatened the other. Officers located the suspect in his vehicle, and though he ran, officers found him on 98th Avenue Northeast and took him to jail.

“Prick”-or-treating: A woman called police and reported that her daughter found a sewing needle in a piece of wrapped candy she received on Halloween. The candy was most likely procured while “trick-or-treating” in the Enatai neighborhood. No one was injured and officers are investigating.

Nov. 26

Driver “brakes” into building: A driver accidentally put his foot on the gas while trying to park at an apartment complex in the 13600 block of NE 12th St. He hit a new car, then drove into the building. The occupant inside the building was not injured.
