Downtown Bellevue Association to host Police Chief Wendell Shirley for Q&A event

The event will take place on Tuesday, May 24, from 7:30 to 9 am at the Bellevue Club.

The Bellevue Downtown Association will be hosting Bellevue Police Chief Wendell Shirley for their “Downtown Talks” series, this one entitled: “The Future of Downtown Safety: A Conversation With Bellevue Police Department.”

The event will take place on Tuesday, May 24, from 7:30 to 9 am at the Bellevue Club on 11200 SE 6th St. Registration is required.

Hear what initiatives the City of Bellevue and the Bellevue Police Department are taking on to address public safety as the program includes a presentation and Q&A with Bellevue Police Chief Wendell Shirley and Captain Landon Barnwell. It will include a full plated breakfast and the opportunity to network before and after the talk.

Downtown Talks is produced by the Bellevue Downtown Association. Established in 1974, the BDA is a non-profit membership organization with the intent to strengthen the economic and cultural vitality of Downtown Bellevue.
