Dead man found at downtown Bellevue library | Foul play not suspected

The Bellevue Police are currently investigating a death at the downtown Bellevue Library.

A 37-year-old deceased man was found in the library parking lot by an employee around 8 a.m. on June 23. The employee called 911 and paramedics attempted life-saving efforts, but they were unsuccessful.

The department has not released many details during the ongoing investigation, but stated that foul play is not suspected at this time and the death appears to be natural.

When asked if there were any indications that the man was homeless, Bellevue police spokesperson Tory Mangione said that there are appearances he was, but they have been unable to confirm that at press time.
