County hosting teleworking seminar for Eastside employers

King County will provided a free session that educates Eastside employers about its metro workplace strategy program, WorkSmart, 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday, June 17, at The Summit Building in Bellevue.

King County will provided a free session that educates Eastside employers about its metro workplace strategy program, WorkSmart, 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday, June 17, at The Summit Building in Bellevue.

WorkSmart shows employers how teleworking and offering flexible work hours benefits their businesses by improving productivity, reducing absenteeism, cutting overhead costs and improving employee recruitment and retention. The WorkSmart session on Wednesday will provide these strategies to Eastside employers.

The Summit Building is located at 10885 N.E. Fourth St. A complimentary lunch will also be provided. Parking cost is $11. The first 25 to register receive a $10 coffee card. RSVP by emailing commuteadvantage@cywb.org.
