Clyde Pierce (CJ), son of Mike and Laurie Beck of Bellevue, graduated with his Doctor of Medicine from Albany Medical College in New York on May 22. While at Albany Medical College, he received the Frank C. Maxon Jr., M.D. Alumni Award, The Student Council Award, and the Arthur W. Wright Award, and served as president of the Albany Medical College Student Council.

He will be doing his residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Iowa Hospital and Clinics in Iowa City. He is a 2004 graduate of Bellevue’s International School and is a 2008 graduate of the University of Washington.
