Bellevue’s Kelly Barefield receives two scholarships at Western Washington University

Kelly Barefield of Bellevue has received two scholarships at Western Washington University for the 2009-2010 academic year: a $1,500 Future Teachers of Color Promise Scholarship and a $1,500 Avis J. Stewart Scholarship. Kelly is majoring in Special and Elementary Education.

She is the daughter of Tiffinnie Barefield of Bellevue.
