Bellevue fundraiser to benefit ruffed grouse

The Washington State Chapter of the Ruffed Grouse Society (RGS) will hold its 13th Annual Habitat Banquet on Saturday, Feb. 21 at the Red Lion Bellevue Inn. Proceeds will be used to restore and protect grouse and woodcock habitat.

A reception will begin at 5:30 p.m. with dinner at 7:30.

The banquet will feature a live and silent auction, games, drawings and door prizes.

Membership and dinner tickets are $60; spouse dinner ticket, $35; and youth ticket and membership $30. Youngsters under the age of 16 who recently took and passed a hunter education course and/or women who have participated in a recent Outdoors Women program will receive a complimentary dinner ticket when accompanied by a paying adult.
