The Bellevue City Council will hold a retreat from Thursday through Saturday at the Majestic Inn, 419 Commercial Ave., Anacortes.

The council’s listed agenda is to recap 2008 achievements; discuss city goals, priorities, and vision for the community; tactical approach to and financial strategies for delivering major initiatives and work program items; emerging challenges and opportunities; city council roles, operating procedures and team building; roles and responsibilities of boards and commissions; and to hold an executive session.
