Thinking Halloween? Seattle Rep has got you covered

It’s not close to Halloween yet but you can get a jump on picking the perfect costume at the Seattle Repertory Theatre Giant Costume and Prop Sale. From 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, June 6, hundreds of items will be offered that once appeared on the Bagley Wright stage.

Fancy yourself in Queen Elizabeth’s gown from The Beard of Avon? It’s available. How about Oberon’s cape from A Midsummer Night’s Dream? It’s there, too. There’s also a large collection of dresses, suits, wigs and hats. Prices range from $10-$1000, and there are many sizes available.

This is only the second time in Seattle Rep history that the theatre company has opened its costumes and props collection to the public for sale. The last time was in 1974.

The Seattle Repertory Theatre is located at Seattle Center at the corner of Second Avenue and Mercer Street in Seattle.
