The Glenlivet Scotch on menu at Seastar

Chef/owner John Howie of Seastar Restaurant & Raw Bar in Bellevue will host a one-of-a-kind Scotch tasting dinner at 6 p.m. Saturday April 24. The Glenlivet brand ambassador, Rick Edwards, will join guests for a five-course menu.

Every course has been designed to pair with one of the unique vintages of The Glenlivet range, from 12 to 25 years of age. The dinner is priced at $99 inclusive of tax and gratuity.

The Glenlivet is the oldest legal distillery in the parish of Glenlivet, Scotland. Founded in 1824, it has operated almost continuously – only closing for a time during World War II. Since then it has grown to become one of the biggest single malt distilleries, producing the number one selling malt whiskey in the U.S. and the number two seller globally.
