Bellevue’s Happy Hour wars have ramped up again.

0/8 Seafood Grill and Twisted Cork now has a morning happy hour beginning at 6:30 a.m.

El Gaucho recently announced a Broker’s Happy Hour Monday through Friday from 1-3 p.m. for those who work on East Coast time. A glass of house red or white wine is $6, draft beer is $4 and select cocktails are $7.

At 0/8, discounted drinks are offered every day during breakfast and brunch hours.

The signature Bloody Caesar ($6.50 during happy hour) is virtually a meal in itself. It features Ketel One vodka, Clamato juice, Demitri’s Bloody Mary mix and a lime wedge, and it is garnished with celery, olives, onion and a prawn.

Among other happy hour offerings are a Mimosa ($4), Screwdriver ($4), Salty Dog ($4), Irish Coffee ($4),

Bloody Mary ($5) and Bellini ($5 – Stirrings Peach puree and Villa Sandi Prosecco).

The restaurant serves breakfast weekdays from 6:30 to 11 a.m.; Saturday and Sunday, 6:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.; and offers a brunch on Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
